✅ Manage manpower deployment & address staff shortages
✅ Coordinate recruitment & hiring of site staff
✅ Handle client escalations & ensure SLA compliance
✅ Maintain attendance, deployment & operational records
Should Have:
🔹 Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facility Management operations
🔹 Strong people management & problem-solving skills
🔹 Good communication in Hindi/Marathi + basic English
🔹 MS Office knowledge & preferably a two-wheeler
