Key Account Manager – Soft Services

🎯 Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of soft services including housekeeping, security, front office, landscaping, and other non-technical services. You will build strong relationships with clients, oversee service operations, and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.


✅ Requirements
1.Male candidate with experience in Facilities and administration.(Property management candidates will not be considered)
2.Should be minimum Graduate
3.Should have handled large sites(7 lacs plus with over 350 employees)
4.Strong people management skills
5.Should be able to lead the team
6.Knowledge on budgeting, provisions ( shall be the KRA for this role)
contract management and client management
7.Traits – proactiveness, energetic,fast paced but grounded
8.Transparency,integrity,values should be priority
9.Good communication skills (local language shall definitely be preferred)
