Company profileWe are hiring a Facility Manager – Technical Services for our prestigious client site in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical facilities management, with hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical systems, vendor management, compliance, and preventive maintenance in commercial or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day technical operations including HVAC, electrical, DG, fire safety, plumbing, and other electromechanical services.
Lead and manage the technical maintenance team, vendors, and service contractors.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage site-level energy efficiency, asset management, and operational audits.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, checklists, and reports.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders for smooth service delivery and escalations.
Support in technical budgeting, procurement, and inventory control.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in technical facility management.
Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of technical operations in large facilities or manufacturing plants.
